With this information, the project is evaluated, and a market study is undertaken in terms of the relevant property sector – be it a proposed residential, industrial, retail, office, or hotel development, and in relation to the location of the proposed project. With the information gathered from the market study, we would advise the client on whether the proposed development project is suited to the market, in terms of relevance to the market, and whether there is potential for the market to service the development, in terms of tenancy suitability and occupation.
The market feasibility study report will include the following aspects:
